How this works
This is fixture-level plumbing — faucet repairs and swaps, running toilets, slow or clogged drains, supply line leaks under a sink, and garbage disposal issues. It's not water heater installs, repiping, or anything requiring a permit — those go to a licensed plumber, and we'll tell you plainly if a job you send us is one of them rather than take it on anyway.
A lot of what looks like 'the faucet is broken' is actually a worn cartridge or O-ring, which is a $15–$30 part and 20 minutes of labor instead of a full fixture replacement. We diagnose first — if the fix is a part swap, that's what we do; if the fixture itself is past saving, we'll say so and quote a replacement instead of guessing.
Miami's water has enough mineral content that faucet aerators and showerheads clog with scale faster than in a lot of other markets, which shows up as reduced water pressure that people sometimes mistake for a bigger plumbing problem. We check the simple stuff first.

Do you install water heaters or do full repiping?
No — that's licensed-plumber work, and we'll tell you directly rather than take on something outside what we're set up for. We handle fixture-level repairs: faucets, toilets, drains, and supply lines.
Can you fix a slow drain without chemicals?
Yes, mechanical clearing (snake/auger) is our default — it's more reliable than drain chemicals and won't damage older pipes the way repeated chemical use can.
Do I need to buy the new faucet myself?
Either way. Send the model or a photo and we'll confirm it's a straightforward swap, or we can source a comparable fixture if you'd rather not shop for one.
What if the leak is worse than it looks?
We'll tell you before doing anything else. If a fix needs work beyond fixture-level plumbing — into the wall, under the slab, anything requiring a permit — we'll say so and point you toward a licensed plumber instead of taking it further.
