What affects the price
The three things that move a quote the most: wall material (drywall vs. concrete block, common throughout Miami-Dade), how many items are bundled into one visit (bundling is almost always cheaper per item than booking separately), and whether parts or fixtures need to be sourced versus already on hand.
Payment methods
Zelle and cash are accepted with no added fee. Card payments through Square carry a 2.6% + $0.15 processing surcharge, passed through at cost. If you want the exact quoted price with nothing added, Zelle or cash gets you there.
Why we don't do phone-only quotes for most jobs
A price given without seeing the job is a guess. A photo takes ten seconds to send and gets you a number we'll actually stand behind — that's the whole reason the estimate process runs through WhatsApp instead of a phone call.
